Caslen Living Centers – Livingston has a total of 22 efficiency units and 6 one-bedroom units spread between two buildings. Each unit is wired for cable, telephone, and has free Wi-Fi access.  A large activities room and beautiful courtyard area are available for residents to use.  Professional care in a charming home-like facility.

COMPREHENSIVE EYE EXAMS – Our two-part comprehensive eye examination with one of our optometrists evaluates the vision and the health of your eyes.  We provide eye exams for all ages starting as early as 6 months.  Early detection of potential eye health and vision problems for our patients is of the utmost importance.  Ask about family scheduling options.

EYEWEAR & CONTACT LENSES – Our optical area has many options to choose from including glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and many optical accessories.

The One Health ( CHP) Livingston Medical Clinic has been offering primary and preventative medical care to patients of all ages as well as behavioral health for adults since 1997.   Services are provided by experienced family physicians, physician assistants, licensed clinical professional counselors, and licensed clinical social workers.   A resource coordinator/certified application counselor is also available to assist with referrals, help with paperwork, accessing public benefits, and insurance on the Healthcare Marketplace.   Sliding scale fees are available to qualifying patients.
