Board Members are limited to 2 consecutive terms by election, additional year option with a board vote. *Exiting President may stay beyond term to fill Past President Office for one year for information assistance .

As a non-profit organization, regular monthly board meetings are open to Chamber Members and the Public.

Additional Ad-Hoc meetings occur throughout the year and will be posted. ie: Parade Planning, Christmas Stroll, Downtown Christmas Decorations, Annual Banquet, Annual Meeting.
