Back in 1938, Dan Bailey established one of the region’s first and foremost fly shops in Montana.  As a pioneer in fly fishing, Dan became an expert in knowing just what it takes to be a successful fly fisher here.

The shop is still known as a destination for everything you might need, from flies, rods, reels, waders, leaders and tackle — not to mention expert advice, fishing conditions reports, & trips with the best guides.  Local gear store Timber Trails combined with the fly shop to form Dan Bailey’s Outdoor Company in the spring of 2020. Today, we offer the best equipment & knowledge to ensure you have a great experience.
