L’esprit became a Montana Licensed Mental Health Center in June 2015 and started offering licensed youth services including Case Management, Home Support, Outpatient Therapy, Medication Management, Mentoring and a special endorsement for CSCT (Comprehensive School & Community Services).
In 2018, L’esprit was state licensed offering both Youth and Adult Day Treatment Services, Substance Use & Recovery Program, Illness Management & Recovery Therapy and EMDR Therapy.
